Job summary

Jabil is seeking a knowledgeable engineer to design, analyze, modify, and integrate robotics, automation, technologies and processes related to equipment and tooling for programs and products. You will develop preventative maintenance plans, interim solutions for damaged and unsafe equipment, and tooling.

Investigates and documents engineering changes and controls equipment and tooling configuration in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in engineering roles.
• College or university degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering tasks in design, analysis, modification, and integration of automation systems.
• Define validation strategies and develop test plans.
• Drive root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions for reliability improvements.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and configuration control.
• Mentor junior contributors and promote standardized best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation and readiness for deployment.
