Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited in Simpang Ampat, Malaysia, seeks a Supervisor for Quality Control. The successful candidate will lead the QC and OQA team to ensure effective inspection and quality assurance across manufacturing processes.

With at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing quality, strong supervisory skills, and hands-on knowledge in inspection methods, you will oversee daily operations, manage manpower, and drive operational readiness to maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing Quality.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead exposure preferred.
• Proven experience in daily manpower supervision.

• Drive standardization and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and safety regulations.

Skills

Hands-on knowledge of inspection methods

Strong communication skills

Ability to train and coach QC inspectors

Experience with QMS requirements
