Job Purpose
Manage Tender teams and be responsible for preparing and delivering Tenders and Proposals in accordance with the Tender Process. Responsible for managing the team during negotiations and driving the negotiations until handover to Service Execution.
Job Description
- Lead multidisciplinary tender teams and coordinate tender team activities.
- Prepare Tenders & Proposals in accordance with the Commercial Tender Process.
- Manage and coordinate negotiations of Contracts.
- Develop and define Tender strategy in cooperation with regional Business Development Team.
- Liaise and cooperate with the regional Business Development Team during the execution and negotiation of Tenders.
- Liaise and cooperate with One Service Tooling organization during execution and negotiation of Tenders.
- Liaise and cooperate with regional Service Center and/or Service Lines during execution and negotiation of Tenders.
- Support and participate in EPC/iEPCI tender teams, being responsible for the execution of the Services part of such tenders.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of customer/market drivers during the tender phase for specific opportunities, and share such knowledge with the Services Commercial personnel as required.
- Contribute to effective execution of Tenders and support optimal tender resource utilization.
- Manage the Tender Budget, paying close attention to internal costs/resources spent. Propose and implement mitigating actions and plans to keep the budget on track and ensure relevant reporting.
- Support and contribute to global and cross-regional tender objectives, efforts, and improvements.
- Build close partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize and learn lean methodology to continuously improve the Subsea Services tender teams' performance.

Required Knowledge / Formal Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent. Work experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Subsea Services (including oil and gas) and/or Tendering and/or Contract Management.
- Minimum 3 years of management and/or supervisory experience.
