Responsibilities
- To drive the continuous growth of the retail Internet & Mobile Banking channel in both monetary and non-monetary transactions, to ensure Maybank2u is always the digital bank of choice in Malaysia.
- To develop and execute business projects to drive engagement and usage of the retail Internet & Mobile Banking channels.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Technical Project Managers, Legal, Marketing and other internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute product and business initiatives supporting channel growth and experience improvement.
- To be accountable end-to-end product lifecycle assigned, including product development, product marketing and product operation.
- To lead a team of product managers in their growth and work delivery.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience: at least 8 years in Retail, Financial Services, Payments or Digital Commerce or other Digital Solutions businesses.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Experience in agile methodology and SDLC.
- Experience in product management or project management.
- Keen analytical and observation skills.
- Experience in delivery of projects, products and customer requirements.
- User centric and always think about customer experience first.
- Have experience leading a lean team in work delivery.
