Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia Kulim is seeking a Principal Engineer Process Integration to shape the future of power and IoT solutions. You will own and lead the technology integration strategy across the manufacturing flow, driving yield, quality, and cost objectives.

You will mentor engineers, lead TT/NPI and process qualification, and partner with process, equipment, quality, reliability, planning, and operations teams to deliver high-impact manufacturing improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electronics, Physics, Materials, Chemical, or Semiconductor-related disciplines.
10-15 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, process integration, or related manufacturing environments.
Proven track record leading complex technical problem-solving activities in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Own and lead technology process integration strategy across the manufacturing flow.
Define and optimize critical process integration schemes to achieve performance, quality, reliability, and cost objectives.
Drive process stability, manufacturability, yield enhancement, and long-term sustainability of manufacturing processes.
Act as a senior technical authority for complex integration-related issues and critical manufacturing challenges.
Lead resolution of high-impact technical issues affecting yield, reliability, cycle time, quality, and customer commitments.
