Qualifications

• Self-motivated and independent with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in device failure analysis (e.g., SEM, EDX, SIMS, FIB, AFM) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the process engineering team towards best-in-class quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership for manufacturing issues.
• Optimize wafer fabrication processes using DOE and statistical methodologies.

Skills

Knowledge of electronics, semiconductor technology, or solid-state physics

Proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE)

Statistical process control (SPC)

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Physics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Science Engineering
