Qualifications

• 11-13 years of IT development experience required.
• Must have solid understanding of Pega PRPC 24.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of Pega 24 version and above.
• Knowledge of Pega upgrade processes is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of Pega PRPC 24 and Constellation concepts is a bonus.
• API integration and authentication/authorization understanding.
• Proficient in Java with multi‑tier app development using Tomcat.
• Web tech including HTML, CSS, AJAX, REST, SOAP, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server.
• Oracle DB, SQL and schema administration knowledge.
• Security mindset for Pega implementations.
• DevOps experience with CI/CD, branching, testing, and monitoring.
• Ability to collaborate across Europe and APAC time zones.

Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.What to expect:* Understand the business solution strategy, operate vision, business imperatives, and capabilities, and how they affect technology imperatives* Design and define the specific solution processes, business and functional requirements* Work with other architects to explore and define how the proposed capabilities will fit into the overall solution architecture* Review deliverables within the scope of the initiatives to meet the business imperatives* Manage the integration requirements across different systems in line with the defined tribe integration solution.* Develop, test, install and support application systems in line with product requirements.* Supervise and coach junior team members the development, the testing, the installation and the support of application systems in line with product requirements.* Create, deploy and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines ensuring the development and release of software is as seamless as possible.* Apply automation, monitoring and visualization across the architecture.* Work hand-in-hand with developers and testers to ensure code deploys and operates to the highest quality standards.* Analyze problems, develop and propose solutions to more senior team members.* Prepare and study the technical feasibility and estimates of the proposed systems solutions.* Develop and maintain technical documentation, prepare and give presentations to other team members, management and customers.* Provide timing/scheduling estimates to product owner and propose corrective actions to timelines when necessary.* Demonstrate customer centricity by working closely together with the internal customer.* Organize efficient handover through high quality documentation and training.* Collaborate with other engineers to innovate and implement the components of the design systemWhat will make you successful:* University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.* 11-13 years of IT development experience* Must have Pega LSA certification (with design and build) with strong exposure to on-premises implementation.* 2 years of at least working as a LSA.* High and practical exposure to Pega 24 version and above and features is a must.* Good to have a knowledge of Pega upgrade process.* Must have thorough knowledge of different areas of Pega PRPC 24 and Constellation knowledge would be a bonus.* Solid and thorough knowledge of API integration and authentication/authorization model.* Proficient in Java, experience in development of multi-tier applications using JAVA and Tomcat is an asset.* Solid understanding of Web technologies including HTML, CSS, AJAX, Web Services, SOAP, REST, Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server.* Good to have Oracle and database expertise including SQL and schema administration* Strong Pega security exposure and security mindset.* Knowledge in DevOps and experience in branching strategies, continuous integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
