Job summary

Talentbook Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking exceptional Lead Software Engineers (NodeJs) to join a US MNC engagement in Malaysia. This onsite role at Puchong Financial Centre offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a focus on leadership, mentoring, and delivering robust software solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in lead roles or 5+ years in senior roles, a related degree, and knowledge of Azure/AWS.

Qualifications

Min 7+ years' experience for Lead role; 5+ years for Senior role.
At least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
Knowledge of cloud based technologies e.g. Azure, AWS
Knowledge in Angular, React or other frontend frameworks will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Be a key member of core development team and will be leading several team members
Must have prior experience in managing and mentoring small teams
Contribute to the application design, development and support effort
Analysing program performance during execution while using various programming languages and techniques
Identifying potential process improvement areas and suggests options and recommends approaches
