Job summary

Talentbook Solutions Sdn Bhd in Puchong is hiring a Lead Software Engineer (NodeJs) to work with a US MNC. Local Malaysians only, located at the Puchong Financial Centre accessible by LRT, with a hybrid working arrangement.

You will lead a core development team, mentor junior members, and contribute to design, development and performance analysis while driving process improvements. Requires 7+ years for Lead (5+ for Senior), a relevant degree, cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS), and frontend framework

Qualifications

• Min 7+ years’ experience for Lead role; 5+ years for Senior.
• At least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of core development team and lead several team members.
• Must have prior experience in managing and mentoring small teams.
• Contribute to the application design, development and support effort.
• Analyze program performance during execution using various languages and techniques.
• Identify potential process improvement areas and suggest options.
