Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the MFG 4.0 portfolio. The role requires deep MES/WMS knowledge in a manufacturing setting, plus experience integrating with ERP systems and leading global rollout efforts.

You will convert business needs into specifications, manage regression testing, and support development work to enable standardized Avery Dennison processes across sites. Strong English is required; Mandarin is a plus, and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of MES/WMS experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP integration to Oracle Fusion ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
• PM Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and rollout for MES/APS/WMS globally.
• Translate objectives into functional specs and automate processes.
• Coordinate testing, defect tracking, and training materials.
• Manage multi-site rollouts and vendor coordination.
• Provide end-user support for Supply Chain/Manufactory modules.
