Job summary

Maybank is seeking an experienced IAM leader to guide a team of engineers responsible for identity lifecycle management and access provisioning across the group. You will drive technical delivery of EIAM initiatives, integrate applications with the IAM platform, and lead upgrades and onboarding of new services.

You will champion process improvements, ensure IT compliance, and coordinate with IT Security and stakeholders to meet banking requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in CS/Security/related field.
• Minimum 7 years IAM experience, preferably in Financial Services.
• 3-5 years hands-on team leadership/management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to guide team in IAM matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of IAM engineers for identity lifecycle management and access provisioning across Maybank.
• Deliver technically on EIAM initiatives including application integration, tooling enhancements, upgrades and onboarding of new services.
• Drive process improvements in IAM operations to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure IT compliance standards are met yearly in line with bank requirements.
• Plan, orchestrate, and deliver prioritized IAM projects and service requests.
• Act as escalation point for business units and Subject Matter Expert for IAM issues.

Job description

• Lead and manage a team of IAM engineers who supports identity lifecycle management and access provisioning for Maybank users group wide.
• Lead and responsible for technical delivery of work related to Enterprise Identity and Access Management tool (EIAM) across the Maybank group. This includes Application integration with IAM platform, tools enhancement, upgrades and onboarding of new services.
• Ability to drive process improvements in IAM (Identity & Access Management) operations to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the team in alignment with industry best practices.
• Responsible in ensuring overall IT compliance standards are achieved and met on yearly basis in line with the Bank's requirements.
• Participate in infrastructure/application deployment or implementation activities with regards to Identity lifecycle management and access management.
• Responsible for planning, orchestrating, and delivery of prioritized projects / Service Request in alignment with IT Security's expectation and banking needs.
• Point of escalation for business unit and other Product Lines. Act as advocate to ensure issues are addressed to satisfaction.
• Key point of contact and subject matter expert for issues and operations related to IAM and access provisioning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science majoring in Security or Network or Computer System.
• At least 7 years of IAM related work experience, preferably in Financial Services Industry (FSI).
• 3-5 years of hands-on team leadership and management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and highly self-motivated.
• Ability to develop and guide team members to in IAM related matters.
• Sound knowledge in various concepts / framework of IAM especially industry best practices.
• Experience in preparing operational process documents and broad knowledge of infrastructure operational flow.
• Strong presentation skills with proven ability to successfully interface with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
