Job summary

Taylor's Education Group in Malaysia seeks an ICT Development Assistant Team Lead to guide a team of developers across system development and business automation, while also serving as a senior developer/system analyst for analysis, data modelling, design, coding, testing and documentation.

Role includes providing second/third-level support, ensuring SLAs for system solutions, and participating in projects with extensive SDLC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of working experience in software engineering / development.
• 2 years in experience in leading/supervising developers.
• Must have at least 5 years hands on experience of Oracle Forms & Reports (11g/12c), and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complete analysis of current/new systems and identify improvements.
• Translate business requirements into usable system designs meeting user needs.
• Design, develop and implement core applications to satisfy requirements.
• Mentor and manage development staff to deliver on time and quality.
