Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and apply local construction codes and client technical standards.

Prepare HVAC content for bids and presentations.

Define subcontractor scope, review technical submissions, and support tender clarifications.

Develop construction and installation plans, including shop drawings and material take-offs.

Create detailed work schedules and resource plans.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Oversee on-site HVAC work to ensure quality, safety, and progress.

Coordinate with clients, EHS, documentation, and testing teams.

Support project close-out including documentation and handover.

Requirements:

Degree in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering.

7+ years of experience in HVAC for overseas or data center projects.

Strong technical, planning, and communication skills.
