About the Role:

Ryt Bank is seeking a strategic, purpose-driven, and people-focused Lead, HR Strategy, People and Culture Development to architect and elevate our talent, culture, and leadership development strategy. This is a critical leadership role at the heart of our growth journey—where you'll help shape the human experience behind one of the region’s most innovative digital banks.

As Lead, HR Strategy, People and Culture Development, you will drive a wide-ranging agenda across organizational design, employee engagement, leadership development, learning, and talent management. You'll partner closely with senior leaders to embed a strong, inclusive culture and build systems that empower every team member to thrive. Key Responsibilities:

• Organizational Development & Design Lead the design and implementation of effective organizational structures, workforce planning strategies, and change initiatives that support scalable growth.

• Culture and Employee Engagement Design, build, and implement end-to-end culture and engagement strategies to foster belonging, well-being, and employee advocacy across the bank. Be a catalyst to culture-building for the Bank

• Talent Management Develop and oversee talent management programs, including succession planning, 4 and career pathing that reflect our values and business needs.

• Leadership Development Build and deliver leadership development initiatives that grow people managers and future leaders—strengthening our leadership bench at all levels.

• Learning and Development Lead the creation of a learning ecosystem that supports continuous upskilling, capability building, and a culture of growth. Oversee both content strategy and administrative execution of L&D programs.

• HR Business Partner Support Provide HRBP support in collaboration with the broader HR team, as and when needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record across organizational development, culture, and talent initiatives.

• Experience designing and executing large-scale people programs from end to end.

• Demonstrated success influencing executive leadership and driving culture change in dynamic or fast-paced environments.

• Deep understanding of employee engagement, leadership development, and workforce strategy best practices.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Experience in banking, fintech, or other high-growth industries is highly advantageous.
