Job Description
- Sales Lead Generation in Malaysia & Singapore: Proactively identify and target potential enterprise clients and partners through channels like LinkedIn, industry events, CRM, and local business networks
- Outreach: Execute targeted outreach to spark interest in Omnichat’s AI-powered solutions, breaking into enterprise accounts.
- Lead Qualification: Engage prospects to assess their business needs, qualify fit for Omnichat’s platform, and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Partnership Management: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including tech vendors, industry associations, and local businesses, to expand Omnichat’s ecosystem.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling sales materials, strategic outreach plans, and marketing initiatives tailored to enterprise clients and partners.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads, providing detailed insights to accelerate the sales pipeline.
- CRM & Data Analysis: Maintain meticulous records in Omnichat’s CRM system, leveraging data to uncover insights and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Event Support: Contribute to organizing industry events, webinars, and forums, proposing innovative topics to enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or telesales, with a proven track record in lead generation for enterprise accounts.
- Background in Marketing Tech or SaaS (e.g., CRM, AI, or e-commerce platforms) is a significant advantage.
- Experience in partnership management (e.g., building alliances with tech vendors or industry players) is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus for local engagement.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage C-level executives and partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data analysis tools.
