• Research, identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, associations, industry events, and more.
• Utilize CRM software, google suite and lead generation tools to track and manage leads effectively.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience.
• Build and manage a database of potential clients and track lead conversion rates.
• Track KPI and hit the target for the lead generation goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of working experience in a call-center or related environment.
• Language proficiency in English/ Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
• Customer-orientated with good communication skills and active listening skills.
• Fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Pro-active and great attention to details.
• Intake: March 2025.
