OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Java/J2EE lead to drive the design and development of the next generation banking platform. You will oversee microservices, micro frontend architectures, containerization, and cloud deployments in a fast-paced, agile environment.

You will mentor a large team, ensure high-quality solutions, and align with security and architectural standards while contributing to ongoing learning and development initiatives within OCBC’s technology division.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; 10+ years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading or currently leading a team of more than 10 people.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to drive performance.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex ideas to management.
• Domain knowledge in Financial Services is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Build the next generation banking platform using microservices and micro frontend technology.
• Design and build function-centric solutions moving from legacy platforms to microservices.
• Define and refactor multi-channel client architecture with containerization and cloud tech.
• Outline governance and development guiding principles for microservices/micro frontend.
• Collaborate with an agile team to analyze business requirements and deliver quality IT solutions.
• Ensure alignment with organizational architecture and security standards; support planning and estimates.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
