Job summary

Techstreet Malaysia is seeking a Lead Engineer, Fullstack to design, build, and operate full-stack services for a product squad in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency while coordinating with adjacent teams to ship roadmap outcomes.

You will lead technical execution, mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality documentation and agile delivery across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking to dissect complex problems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or Diploma with 2+ years experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack focus.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design complex project solutions by coordinating within the team or multiple use cases.
• Fix defects and manage technical debt to maintain software quality and performance.
• Lead documentation standards to ensure information quality and onboarding.
• Guide team members to improve code quality and best practices.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders to align technical work with project goals.
