Job summary

Hyppies in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned frontend engineer to own the frontend stack, shape architecture, and drive technical decisions for web apps built with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

You will translate complex financial workflows into intuitive interfaces, build reusable components, and collaborate with Europe/SEA teams. This role is full-time hybrid, based in KL, with office days Tuesday-Thursday at TRX.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing TypeScript-based web applications.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js, with ability to own features end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership across the frontend stack and shape frontend architecture and technical decisions.
• Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive experiences and build reusable components to improve performance and developer experience.
