Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of front-end engineering experience.
• Experience building scalable enterprise web applications.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, CI/CD, testing, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish frontend design principles, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
• Architect performance-first React applications and lead migration to modern optimizations.
• Mentor teams and translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
• Promote Agile practices and secure programming across the SDLC.
• Drive cross-team architecture decisions and align FE/BE with product goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to deliver modular, extensible solutions.
