As a Lead Finance Compliance, you will be responsible to lead the validation of certain Company financial controls, in alignment with External Audit as part of the Direct Assist Program.

As a Lead Finance Compliance, you will be responsible for:

Conducting financial control test of effectiveness for cycles related to revenue recognition, supply chain and other financial reporting areas.

Monitoring control test plan execution to ensure timely completion.

Preparing all documents required, including reports of open items identified

Conduct regular meetings with senior management to share status of the program and findings

Assisting SOX Controllership team to assess control open item.

Performing additional financial and compliance reviews required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Have CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Have minimum 5+ yrs of related work experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control or big-4 public accounting firm.

Great team member attitude and able to work across multiple assignments

Able to fluently speak and write in English, additional language will be an advantage.

Good communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to adapt to the respective audience.

High level of integrity & analytical skills
