Job summary

Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life. As Lead Engineer at Ezypay, you will lead a Java-based micro-services platform on AWS, mentoring a growing engineering team and driving high-quality, scalable solutions for a fast-growing FinTech division.

You will collaborate with Product and CTO, ensuring robust performance, security, and maintainability while guiding the team through architectural decisions and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related IT field.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• 7+ years of industry experience with deep understanding of distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cloud platform and maintain a Java-based micro-services architecture on AWS.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, team leads and the CTO to plan, develop, implement and test modular, well-documented software.
• Regularly assess, investigate and remediate defects within the Ezypay platform.
• Execute operational procedures for runtime systems, manual and automated, per company standards.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement to product and delivery processes.
• Mentor engineers when required.
