Job summary

Plexus Malaysia is seeking a Chargeman to lead a team in preventive maintenance and operating electrical systems within our plant in Penang.

Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of related experience plus Certified Chargeman under Energy Commission Malaysia is preferred.

You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and rapid response to power-related issues to minimize downtime and support production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–5+ years of related experience.
• Certified Chargeman, competent person by Energy Commission Malaysia.
• Knowledge of Electricity Supply Act and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of plant electrical systems.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of installations.
• Crisis response and management during power-related incidents.
