As a Lead Diagnostic Engineer, you will take a unique step to join the Gas Services Digital team. This dynamic team offers unique career paths combining digital and mechanical domain expertise.

As a Lead Diagnostic Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and monitoring specific Buyer KPIs (Av, Re, MTBT, MTBF, SR, ...) and working towards KPI continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the TRP team in KPI improvement actions, investigations, implementation, and validation.
  • Providing M&D data for outage preparation and pre-post outage comparison.
  • Reviewing and approving documentation, providing follow-up on monthly reports, trip analysis, and anomaly insights in periodic reports.
  • Conducting periodic reviews of M&D insights to facilitate resolution and update tracking systems.
  • Carrying out performance analysis and health assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for issue resolution and RCA reports.

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in main turbo machinery technical disciplines, including flange-to-flange and auxiliaries.
  • Have prior experience in installation and commissioning.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, teams, and suppliers.
  • Show capability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, influencing across different teams.
