Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Assign tasks, review work, and provide clear, constructive feedback.

Conduct performance reviews and identify upskilling opportunities for the team.

Foster a creative, collaborative, and motivating work environment.

Conceptualize and execute design strategies for websites, branding, social media campaigns, and marketing collaterals.

Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align visual messaging with campaign goals.

Client Engagement

Communicate directly with clients to understand project scope, needs, and expectations.

Present design ideas, storyboards, and concepts with confidence and clarity.

Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and creative excellence.

Technical Design Work

Design and manage websites using WordPress and Elementor.

Create engaging animations and video content using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Prepare digital and print-ready materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Produce compelling UI/UX designs for websites and digital platforms.

Oversee product packaging design and multimedia assets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical Design Work

  Technical Proficiency:

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

  • Proficient in WordPress and Elementor.

  • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and web design best practices.

  • Skilled in developing storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences.

  Soft Skills:

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
