Job summary

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing environments within process or design departments; fresh graduates may also apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and technical drawing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define project specifications by analysing product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
• Validate product and process performance through design reviews, testing, and verification.
• Control project execution by reviewing designs, schedules, and performance trends, recommending improvements.
• Develop proposals by analysing data, summarising findings, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead CI activities, including studies, cost analyses, and cross-functional integration of improvement methodologies.
• Plan capability-building activities by training employees on CI strategies, tools, and best practices.
• Lead problem-solving using root cause analysis and statistical techniques to reduce variation.
