Job summary

iZeno is seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to design and deliver modern enterprise data platforms. You will provide technical leadership, shape data architecture, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable, cloud-based data solutions for clients and internal teams.

The role requires hands-on expertise in data modelling, ETL/ELT, and modern cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP). You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and drive SDLC delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in CS/IT or related field.
• 7–8+ years in data engineering/data analytics with leadership experience.
• Strong data modelling knowledge: Kimball, Star/Snowflake, Data Vault, 3NF.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise data platforms.
• Mentor data engineers and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Govern data models and ensure scalability, performance, and quality.
• Guide ETL/ELT processes and modern data architecture patterns.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business teams to translate requirements.
• Drive SDLC delivery, manage resources, risks, and timelines.
