Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, machining, welding, or industrial production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily D-Center manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution.
• Coach and develop welders, machinists, and staff to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for on-time delivery.
