Job description

About the Role

What you'll do:

  • Be well-versed in Esri product and technology trends, as well as relevant third-party IT and GIS technologies such as AI, Big Data, Cloud solutions, and NV5.
  • Prepare and deliver custom solution demos and proofs of concept, demonstrating the value and capabilities of Esri technologies.
  • Stay informed of and present general product and technology updates to customers and partners, keeping them ahead of technological advancements.
  • Facilitate hands-on workshops and adoption events to promote customer engagement and successful technology adoption across various industries.
  • Explore, evaluate, and document new Esri products, providing competitive insights and developing localized product packages.
About You

We believe that to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Required Skills and Experience (3-5 years):
  • Web Application Server Management: Experience deploying and managing web application servers on Windows, Linux, or cloud platforms.
  • System Design & Hardware Specifications: Ability to create system design diagrams and provide hardware specifications to support project needs or business proposals.
  • Web Application Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing web application performance issues using log analysis, Fiddler, JMeter, or other monitoring tools.
  • Web Application Administration: Experience managing web hosting, including user administration and integrating with external identity sources using SAML or LDAP.

Proactive learners with a desire to stay updated on the latest Esri technologies, relevant third-party solutions (AI, Big Data, Cloud), and IT trends are highly valued. Effective presentation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with partners, customers, and internal teams, are essential.
