Job summary

Arup Malaysia is seeking an ICT & Audio-Visual Consultant to design, integrate and deliver cutting-edge ICT and AV solutions across Malaysia and the wider region. You will lead technical tasks within multidisciplinary teams and help develop specialist expertise while ensuring high‑quality project outcomes that meet client needs.

Using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, you will capture client requirements, prepare schematics and layouts, and coordinate installation details through site visits and

Qualifications

• A recognised tertiary qualification in ICT, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in ICT and Telecommunications systems, with AV design expertise.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, and ability to prepare technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate ICT and AV systems including cabling, ICT rooms, Wi-Fi, Unified Communications, audio, visual display, control systems, and related technologies.
• Capture client requirements and develop practical, innovative solutions aligned with project objectives, industry standards, and best practices.
• Produce and coordinate project documentation using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Conduct site visits and support construction-phase activities, including compliance monitoring and coordination with other engineering disciplines.
• Take ownership of project tasks and deliverables while collaborating with clients and project teams to resolve technical challenges.
