• Lead complex engineering tasks in design, analysis, modification, and integration of automation systems; define validation strategies and develop test plans; drive root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions for reliability improvements; ensure documentation accuracy and configuration control; mentor junior contributors and promote standardized best practices; coordinate cross-functional implementation and readiness for deployment; maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; advance continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies to optimize performance and efficiency.
