Role Summary:
The Senior Solutions Architect is a critical role responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives. This position involves leading solution design, architecture, and integration efforts, providing expert consulting services, and optimizing business processes through innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in solution architecture, infrastructure design, and technical consulting, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects and present to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive IT solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry best practices, and client’s strategic objectives.
• Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting to clients, offering technical guidance and recommendations to address business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of complex systems and applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance across various platforms.
• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present compelling technical proposals and solutions that address client needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Technology Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in IBM HW Product Suite and other relevant technologies to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Business Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes through the application of innovative IT solutions, enhancing efficiency and supporting digital
  transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders,
  including C-suite executives, to ensure clear communication, alignment of objectives, and successful project delivery.
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of solution architecture projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, andbest practices in solution architecture and IT consulting, applying this knowledge to continuously improve client’s service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information
  Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Extensive experience in solution architecture and infrastructure design, with a focus on delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong pre-sales capabilities, with experience in developing and presenting technical solutions to clients.
• Proven expertise in consulting and providing technical solutions in a variety on environments.
• Experience with IBM HW Product Suite is essential; additional experience with other enterprise technologies is a plus.
• TOGAF certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
