Job description

Provide day-to-day BAU SAP MM and ARIBA support to LBUs.

Able to manage all aspects of SAP MM and ARIBA business mapping, blueprinting, and related configuration.

Ensure solutions are consistent with regional templates and aligned with the regional solution architecture team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for P2P Ariba and Concur technical issues for all end users, Group IT, SAP team, and ARIBA support team.
• Provide L2 support to resolve system-related issues.
• Manage all assigned inquiries, incidents, and change requests (SNOW & BAU PCR), delivering within target resolution times.
• Maintain self-discipline and deliver quality work to promote accountability and trust.
• Perform system configuration and customization.
• Monitor system notifications (errors) and take appropriate actions.
• Follow and promote SAP, Concur, and ARIBA best practices.
• Support end users in system usage and enhance SAP proficiency across the user base, acting as an SAP ambassador.
• Ensure successful system and process integration, efficient SLA-driven support, and effective communication.
• Liaise with AIA colleagues or business partners outside GASC USC - Finance to ensure functional delivery.
• Support Managers and Assistant Managers with work assignments.

Education

University or college graduate in computer science or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant regional solution/system support experience focusing on SAP MM/ARIBA across ASPAC.
• Experience with ITM GASC USC - FINANCE and user support.
• Strong knowledge of ARIBA Cloud / Procure to Pay solutions and SAP MM.
• Procure to Pay business knowledge to communicate effectively with a large finance user base.
