About the Role

Seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Analyst to oversee Business-As-Usual (BAU) support and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Lead BAU support operations: Act as the primary contact for support related to Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Analyze and resolve technical issues, identify root causes, and implement enhancements to optimize solutions.
• Manage support tickets: Prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Governance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management policies.
• Team leadership & Documentation: Guide junior analysts, maintain documentation, and promote knowledge sharing.
