About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs.

Responsibilities

1. Managing production incidents request and meet the agreed service level agreement.
2. Managing production change request and deliver as per agreed timeline.
3. Have experience in preparing documentation e.g., functional specification, unit test script, user acceptance test script etc.
4. Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency in the end user base and act as an SAP ambassador.
5. Support regional roll-out projects with SAP focus across the region.
6. Solution Manager usage as per change management policy processes.
7. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Working closely with functional manager & technical team.

Experience

1. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in regional solution/system support with SAP focus across the APAC region.

Certifications/licenses

1. Relevant SAP certification.

Special skills

1. Strong understanding of Treasury and Risk Management, Cash Management, Bank Communication Management module in the areas of Transaction manager, MRA.
2. FAM/Treasury background and knowledge to manage communication with large investment operation user base.
3. SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture.
4. Good communication & presentation skills.
5. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
6. A strong team player with positive attitude.
