Reimagine What’s Possible

Be accountable for the effective implementation and management of all aspects of the LB Logistics system application and maintenance for the region. He/She will act as a Center of Excellence regarding daily system maintenance for LB Shell / SAP Interface and Liquid / Bulk PDTs, introducing new functionality, and ensuring the end user has the capability to use the system effectively.

Ensure that effective, efficient work practices and processes are developed, implemented, and maintained so that the team meets or surpasses all targets and KPIs.

Work with Global Operations and Supply Chain Management to develop and implement strategic and tactical product production and fleet utilization plans that optimize production and distribution resources, ensuring the lowest operational costs and effective system utilization.

Continuously optimize the distribution supply chains for each business area by focusing on the full and effective use of our global scheduling tools aligned with individual business requirements.

Participate in the global logistics efforts to drive distribution productivity through logistics CI events, discrete projects, and supply chain optimization techniques.

Maintain, input, and ensure the accuracy of Liquid Bulk Shell data, updating as necessary when changes occur.

Investigate and follow up on complaints related to LB delivery.

Be available for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.

Develop and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations concerning segregation of duties, documentation, and testing standards.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing various parties, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Preferably experience dealing with drivers and scheduling deliveries by lorry.
• Experience managing staff in high-pressure environments.
• Ideally experience in customer service and physical distribution management.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills, with self-motivation.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with internal and external contacts at all levels.
