About the role

Rozali Ismail & Co. is seeking a talented Lawyer (Corporate/Conveyancing) or Legal Associate to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of corporate and conveyancing matters within a reputable law firm.

What you'll be doing

Able to draft Sale & Purchase Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and Corporate Banking.

Handling conveyancing matters, including property sales, purchases, and lease agreements

Conducting legal research and analysis to support the firm's clients

Collaborating with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional legal services

Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices

What we're looking for

Possessed a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a member of the Malaysia Bar.

For Conveyancing Lawyer :- At least 6 years & above experience in conveyancing practice and procedures.

For Legal Associate :- At least 4 years & above experience in litigation and procedures.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical legal solutions

Fluent (spoken and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysian and the ability to communicate in other languages will be an added advantage.

Great organization skills, attention to deal, multi-task ability, prioritize assignments, follow-up, meet deadlines, systematic and able to work independently and as part of the team

Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices in Malaysia

Possess own transport
