The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to manage a diverse portfolio of property transactions. You’ll provide expert legal advice, oversee seamless transactions, and ensure compliance with Malaysian property laws. This role offers the opportunity to work in a tech-savvy environment with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of conveyancing matters, including Sale & Purchase Agreements, financing, and transfers.

Liaise with clients, developers, banks, and government agencies (e.g., Land Office, LHDN).

Conduct legal due diligence, title searches, and document preparation.

Provide clear, timely advice to clients and stakeholders.

Utilise legal tech tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified lawyer with a valid Practising Certificate (Malaysia).

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in conveyancing (residential/commercial/industrial).

Strong knowledge of Malaysian property laws and procedures.

Tech-savvy – comfortable with legal software and digital workflows.

Excellent communication (English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia) and client management skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
