Litigation

- Good research, drafting and opinion-writing skills.

- Detail-oriented, independent and with a good working attitude.

- Good communication and writing skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Applicants who are available immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.

- To handle sub-sales, project, loan, discharge, perfection and all other conveyancing related matters.

- To prepare and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.

- Able to handle and/or manage various general conveyancing

matters.

- PQE - 0 to 2 years post qualification experience.

- Strong analytical and drafting skills and who are detail oriented

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
