Job Description:

1. Preparing and attending to litigation cause papers, trials, hearings, and related work.
2. Handling all banking and general litigation assigned.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.
5. Being committed, self-motivated, responsible, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
6. Attending to clients, conducting research, correspondence, preparing status reports, and other tasks assigned by the Partners of the Firm.
7. Providing legal advice and opinions to relevant parties.
8. Disclosing any medical conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Possession of a Law Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Qualification, or equivalent, along with a valid Practicing Certificate and Sijil Annual.
2. Meticulous with a commitment to providing quality services to clients.
3. Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
4. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
5. PQE: 3–4 years.
6. Possessing leadership and teamwork qualities, good communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
