Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in providing company secretarial services to a range of client companies.
- Update, maintain, and take custody (if applicable) of all relevant statutory records, books, forms, and documents, ensuring all documents are updated and stored in View Point for data integrity.
- Perform general administrative work and file documents.
- Ensure the progress of all tasks is updated in the individual monitoring list.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as assigned from time to time.
Education and Experience Information:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certificate in Law or equivalent, with finalist status of ICSA as an added advantage.
- Relevant exposure gained in a professional firm, law firm, or CPA firm.
- Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and familiarity with the Companies Act and regulations of regulated bodies.
- Proficient computer skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with experience or knowledge in the ViewPoint system considered an advantage.
- Attentive to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good business writing and communication skills.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to follow defined processes.
