The Laundry Attendant is responsible for managing the hotel’s and guests’ laundry, including delivery to the linen room, guests, or designated areas, following Hilton and hotel policies and procedures.

What will I be doing?

• Proper handling of different types of linen.
• Use equipment and chemicals appropriately.
• Report faulty equipment immediately.
• Handle guest items with care to prevent damages, shrinkage, and lost buttons.
• Respond to guest calls and requests courteously and efficiently.
• Collect and tag guest laundry correctly.
• Inspect laundry items for damages or discoloration before and after cleaning.
• Consult with the team leader regarding unfamiliar materials.
• Prepare accurate billing for guest laundry services.
• Package and deliver laundry to guestrooms accurately.
• Meet guest needs and reasonable requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Manage the collection and distribution of staff uniforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to hotel policies, Hilton code of conduct, safety, and emergency procedures.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international hotel or related industry.
