Job description

Summary

Define product strategy in agreement with local management and the global marketing department, and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.

About The Role

Major accountabilities:

  • Lead pre-launch planning and execution excellence for product pipeline launches.
  • Responsible for execution, monitoring, and analysis of the agreed tactical plans to ensure brand growth.
  • Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses; assess marketing mix for cost-effectiveness and results.
  • Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions; execute central and regional marketing activities.
  • Monitor product performance and external environment; take corrective actions as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams to maximize activities such as scouting centers, KOLs, and OLs by disease within the territory.
  • Identify specific needs for each patient segment and implications of the disease within the territory.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Prelaunch excellence and timely execution.
  • Performance management, employee relations, feedback, and surveys (e.g., Field Force, Marketing, Global Marketing, Medical, Regulatory).
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
