Job summary

SHAKARIKI 432 RESTAURANT SDN BHD is expanding with a new Japanese restaurant and seeks Kitchen Crew to join from Day 1. You will help with prep, cooking support, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced outlet.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with priority to experienced F&B crew. Training will be provided, and you will grow your skills in Japanese-led operations while learning from an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Comfortable standing for prolonged periods.
• Flexible to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all prep work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area.
• Assist in cooking and assembling dishes as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with kitchen maintenance tasks such as emptying trash and cleaning work surfaces.
