A leading recruitment platform is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. The role involves overseeing landscape projects, attending client meetings, and ensuring project delivery meets quality standards. Candidates should have a degree in Horticulture or related fields, with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture/Forestry or Landscape Architecture
2. Min. 7 years relevant experience with good design flair and landscape project management associated with commercial and residential development
3. Proficient in interpreting plan drawings, good understanding, and knowledge of design documentation and construction detailing
4. Good project and time management skills
5. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and Graphical Software (Adobe)
6. Familiar with authorities landscape design guidelines
7. ILAM accreditation is highly regarded
8. Ability to communicate efficiently and clearly both in written form and through graphic representations
9. Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to priorities duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times.
10. Able to build good relationship at all levels, internally and externally.
JOB SPECIFICATION
1. Oversee and manage both internal and external landscape project including landscape planting and landscape maintenance.
2. Attend meeting with client, consultant and subcontractors and provide quotation to client.
3. To ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, quality and cost.
4. To coordinate with consultant, client & sub-contractors to develop /refine planting plan
5. To review landscape design, costing, project planning, implementation, monitoring and quality control of landscape works.
6. To review project drawings and post-construction submittals.
7. To communicate project issues to all relevant parties and maintain proactive working relationship with consultant, client & sub-contractors.
8. To demonstrate leadership and commitment for the overall implementation of landscape works.
9. Trouble shoot, advise & teach crews in the course of their work performance.
10. To be able to answer to client’s request & concern.
11. Any other responsibilities relevant to the above and any other duties as instructed by the management from time to time.
