Job description

To carry out design on specific areas of landscape works, project design, authorities submission schedule and inspection schedule for each project assigned.

To coordinate and monitor the design function in respect to all landscape works.

To check design input for adequacy, compliance with standard requirements, review and verify design output and controlling design changes and modifications.

To prepare landscaping concept drawings when required.

To coordinate with the customers and other related parties for the completeness of landscaping works.

Maintain proper filing of QA/QC related records in accordance to ISO Quality Management System (QMS) implementation.

Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Design or related field.

Fresh graduates or at least one (1) year related working experience in design and drafting.

Good understanding of architectural design, communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

Experience in carrying out design coordination with external consultant & client.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
