Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking property sales agents to support landed residential projects in Selangor, Klang Valley, including Shah Alam, Klang, Banting and Sepang. Full-time, part-time, and internship options, freshers welcome, training provided, basic + commission.

You will introduce and promote projects, follow up with buyers, arrange viewings, explain pricing and packages, and assist clients through the buying process while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• No property experience? Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and promote Landed Residential Projects around Klang, Shah Alam and surrounding areas.
• Follow up with potential buyers and understand their property needs.
• Arrange and attend property viewings with clients.
• Explain property details, pricing, packages and available units.
• Assist clients throughout the property purchasing process.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, calls and social media.
• Participate in property events, roadshows and team activities.
• Learn and apply sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Work together with the team to achieve individual and team targets.
