Job summary

VigoHomes Realty Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam seeks motivated individuals for Property Sales Agent roles focusing on landed residential projects across Klang Valley. Freshers are welcome and training will be provided to help you learn sales, client relations and viewing arrangements.

Expect to promote properties, follow up with buyers, explain packages and assist through the purchasing process, while building lasting client relationships with the team.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome; no prior property experience required.
• Training and guidance provided to learn step by step.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and promote landed residential projects around Klang, Shah Alam and surrounding areas
• Follow up with potential buyers and understand their property needs
• Arrange and attend property viewings with clients
• Explain property details, pricing, packages and available units
• Assist clients throughout the property purchasing process
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, calls and social media
• Participate in property events, roadshows and team activities
• Learn and apply sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Work with the team to achieve targets
