• Responsible for calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Compile test data and maintain laboratory inventory.

Perform analyse of raw materials, process intermediate, finished products, competitor samples, boiler water and effluent according to standard test method.

Responsible to preparation and standardization of reagents and indicators.

Responsible to calibration, usage and maintenance of laboratory instruments/equipment.

Compiling test data into laboratory database system accurately.

Responsible to prepare and maintain the retained samples.

Assist in maintaining and handling general upkeep of documents to meet the ISO standards.

Receive and/or collect samples

Maintain inventory record of chemicals, apparatus, consumable etc

Implement laboratory waste disposal

Prepare sample for external testing, customer, custom etc

Responsible to overall housekeeping laboratory.

Requirements:

Preferably those with Diploma in Chemistry or should have minimum 2 years in QC laboratory experience.

Experience in ISO 9001 is an advantage.

Able to work shift, under pressure and perform within tight deadlines.
