In your new role, you will collaborate with regional colleagues to design and establish a modern, globally standardized employment conditions framework. This includes developing employment contracts, policies, and regulations that incorporate best practices and legal requirements worldwide. Reporting to the Global Head of Employment Conditions, this position offers you the opportunity to shape the employment conditions portfolio across the region.

This is an ambitious and exciting opportunity for a labor law expert. We are seeking a dynamic labor law professional to join our global Employment Conditions team and make a significant impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Management of ongoing relationships with external legal support and HR services via BPO partner to ensure the provision of satisfactory service standards
  • Providing advice on individual and collective labor law issues in the regions, coordination of external opinions, and oversight of their operational implementation
  • Collaboration with an external law firm to ensure a globally compliant employment conditions framework
  • Involvement in legal correspondence with courts, external partners, and lawyers
  • Initiation and delivery of employment conditions-related projects on regional or local levels to meet legislative changes
  • Maintenance of ongoing relationships with external legal support and the HR service BPO partner to ensure satisfactory service standards

What You Bring

  • University degree in Law with extensive experience in labor law within an international law firm, large multinational company, or management consultancy
  • In-depth knowledge of global employment conditions and C&B instruments, coupled with a strong interest in personnel policy matters and economic contexts
  • Familiarity with labor law practices, including knowledge of the regulatory environment and substantial experience with codetermination
  • Proactive strategic problem-solving and challenging of the status quo, with good judgement, decisiveness, and the flexibility to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced changing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel
  • Business Proficiency in English to navigate the international environment
